A 19-inch rack mounted system built from Agilent and Tektronix components (DAC, oscilloscope, multimeter, function generators, etc). The customer is an ISO 9001 supplier of high-end drives and controllers. This ATE plays the role of final test station testing all functions of the controller followed by a burn in period. Results are tabulated in a database for subsequent product documentation. The system was programmed with LabVIEW with Windows XP as the operating system.
